Minimum 3 years work experience in handling voice calls
Ability to understand technical issues and simplify it to customers
Great written and oral communication skills
Ability to use multiple tools (CRM, booking appointments, sending mails)while handling calls
Coordinating between on-field technicians and customers
Experience with any cloud telephony software
